No, this has nothing to do with censorship. Create your own site and write there anything you like. If someone tries to prevent you from writing what you want on your own site, that would be censorship. Whenever you are not given the opportunity to use someone else's site (or someone else's property of any other kind) for your own purposes, this is basically what the word 'property' means.
